	Finally... Men's Lacrosse Beats Duke 03/11/10 11:56AM WCHL News With a 13-7 win Wednesday against Duke the Tar Heel men’s lacrosse team won its first ACC regular season game in six years. Sophomore Thomas Wood had a breakout game scoring five goals. Junior Billy Bitter added four goals and two assists. UNC jumped out to an early 3-1 lead and maintained it through most of the first half. Duke tied the score at 6-6 in the third quarter before Carolina opened the floodgates. In less than four minutes the Heels lit up the Blue Devils with four straight goals. Carolina ended the game on a 7-1 run. Not to be forgotten was Carolina’s defense. It limited Duke to seven goals which is the fewest the Blue Devils have scored against UNC since 2002.
